Pooja Jain

Founder & CEO

Pooja Jain is a powerhouse in the entertainment industry, with a career spanning 15+ years and a portfolio of 100+ films across Bollywood and Hollywood. A strategic thinker with an eye for what truly works, she has been instrumental in shaping film marketing and production at the highest level.

At just 23, Pooja founded her own marketing firm ThoughtPot Media, quickly making a mark by collaborating with global giants like Fox Star Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment and leading Indian studios such as Dharma Productions. For over seven years, she played a key role in driving the success of some of the biggest films, blending creative vision with data-driven marketing strategies.

Her passion for storytelling naturally led her to film production, where she has produced three films to date. Her latest, Girls Will Be Girls, has been widely celebrated, winning the Audience Prize at the Sundance Film Festival (2024) and making history as the first Indian film to receive the John Cassavetes Award at the 2025 Film Independent Spirit Awards.

With a deep understanding of films, talent, and market dynamics, Pooja's expertise lies in identifying stories that resonate, talent that captivates, and strategies that deliver.

A true Bollywood enthusiast, she now spearheads the expansion of the Bollywood vertical at Quantum, building a strong, scalable, and innovative platform for artists and brands alike.

Previously, Ronika served as AVP at OML Entertainment, leading the Bollywood vertical and shaping talent-driven brand collaborations. She has also worked with Sony, honing her expertise in talent management and strategic partnerships. Her career also includes a pivotal role as Global Group Account Director at Digital Republik, where she crafted groundbreaking digital media strategies that bridged brands and celebrities.

Ronika's process-driven approach, combined with creative strategy, allows her to build impactful talent ecosystems that drive engagement, amplify brand narratives, and create authentic celebrity collaborations. With a deep understanding of market positioning and brand strategy, she is committed to delivering measurable success in every partnership.
